Claude is donning his snow boots! He is off to shovel the driveway for a possession today. We have to make sure our buyer's moving van does not get stuck!
A smooth closing in winter is unpredictable! When packing up your moving van, remember to keep you shovels out and near the door of the vehicle where you can easily access them. There is nothing worse than getting to your new home and then waiting while one of your helpers runs to Canadian Tire!
This weekend, Claude and I helped Alquinn Homes at the Free Family Fun Day introducing the newest section of Harvest Ridge, "The Creek at Harvest Ridge". There were Horse Drawn Wagon Rides, a fantastic Food Truck, and some great information about this expanded community.
One of the highlights is the 120 Acre Atim Creek Natural Environmental Reserve which borders the subdivision. There are also additional playgrounds, man-made lakes, new roads and a new Public K-9 School, which will be completed next year. We have scanned in some maps below which show where these features will sit. There are opportunities for building on new lots with Alquinn Homes, Bedrock Homes, Homexx and Southbend Developments.
