Since 1999, Claude has been committed to the superior service he provides his clients. Teaming up with his wife, Christina, in 2007, they formed The Gaboury Team, dedicated to helping clients succeed in their real estate transactions throughout the Greater Edmonton Area.
With his previous background as a Business Owner, his General Contracting for New Construction education at NAIT, and his personal successes as a Real Estate Investor, Claude brings his clients vast experience that provides them with superior knowledge and exceptional service.
As a Certified Staging Expert, Seniors Real Estate Specialist®, and with a ton of experience both living on and selling Acreages and Condos, Claude gives invaluable advice to his sellers and buyers. He will offer solutions to overcome a home’s “unique” aspects that buyers just can’t figure out.
During those brief moments when he is not working, Claude can be found on the golf course or camping with friends and family.

Christina Henker-Gaboury is proud to be a real estate professional with RE/MAX Elite. Christina was licensed in 2007 and teamed up with her husband, Claude, to form The Gaboury Team.
Growing up in the Edmonton area, Christina has lived or worked in Spruce Grove, St. Albert, Sherwood Park, Beaumont, Stony Plain, and just about every section of the city. She loves giving her clients a closer look at the benefits and features of each community.
She is passionate about creating a smooth, stress-free environment for her clients. Forever making lists, she has combined all of The Gaboury Team’s real estate advice into an extensive Home Sellers and Home Buyers guide.
With her education in Marketing and Human Resource Management (NAIT) and seven years spent as a Financial Planner, she brings a unique view on Real Estate. Her understanding of investments, paired with a love of Marketing and Advertising, has proven invaluable to clients of The Gaboury Team. Always focused on serving her clients, Christina has recently earned her Social Media Marketing Certification, which she puts to good use marketing The Gaboury Team’s properties. Her designations as a Certified Home Stager and Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist help her listings stand out.
When Christina isn’t working, you can find her directing musicals, singing and dancing with local ensembles, building various props and backdrops, and, most recently, trying her hand at writing a musical.

As A Team
How can a married couple spend so much time together? The answer is that we bring out the best in each other! We do have separate offices, but we find ourselves continually calling out back and forth, brainstorming ideas. We each have different duties when helping our clients; Claude shoots all the camera and drone video, takes care of signs, key boxes, and books showings. Christina edits the media, creates our marketing, and advertises our listings. We both run around with our clients, searching for the perfect place for them to call home. We can’t imagine a better lifestyle, working together to help people realize their dreams!
